What is the standard lead time for production?
Usually, production takes around 40-55 days depending on the order quantity. If we have materials for the specific models in stock, we can expedite the delivery process.
How can I obtain a sample?
After confirming the model and design, we can send samples via courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Small items may be provided free of charge, while larger furniture items require a fee which can be credited back once an order is placed.
What are your payment terms?
For mass production, we require a 30% deposit via T/T before production, with the remaining 70% balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy. L/C at sight and Paypal are also acceptable.
Can I check the quality of goods before delivery?
Yes, you are welcome to visit the factory personally or appoint a third-party inspection company to verify the product quality before shipment.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
