What are your standard payment terms?
Our general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long-term partners, we provide flexible payment options.
What are your most popular product categories?
We have more than 200 SKUs for small home decoration furniture, including wall shelves, wall cubes, coffee tables, coat racks, and other customized products.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We accept 300 pieces or sets per size per color for most series. The total order volume should meet a 1x20'ft container. We also support trial orders of around 100 pieces for new customers.
How long is the typical production lead time?
A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. Our multiple production lines are elastic, allowing us to shorten lead times for urgent sales schedules when necessary.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Sample lead time is about 7 days. We typically charge 3 times the price for new samples, which is refunded after a formal order. Free samples may be available for warehouse stock.
Do you accept customized product requirements?
Yes, feasible changes to our ODM products are welcome. We are willing to adjust colors, labels, logos, packing, and materials to better suit different market requirements.
